We are hiring an OEM Sales Engineer who will combine application and market knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets in the EMEA territory and ensure all company-wide strategic goals are achieved.

The OEM Sales Engineer will be responsible for all OEM sales activities within their territory for the OI Andor portfolio. They will serve as the primary contact for existing Key Accounts and potential OEM customers throughout the sales process.

This individual will work closely with the OEM Sales Manager and Head of Segment Sales to develop territory action plans and collaborate with Service, Marketing, Applications, and other sales resources to achieve targets.

The OEM Sales Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Materials Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with technical scientific products such as spectroscopy or confocal microscopy
  • 2 years of experience managing OEM customers
  • Experience developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies
  • Extensive experience with CRM platforms and proficiency with MS Office

This is a permanent position, ideally based from home in Germany, with consideration for applicants in France, Netherlands, or the UK.
