James Fisher and Sons plc is seeking an OEM Delivery Lead in Westhill/Aberdeen for a hybrid role requiring three days in the office. You will coordinate OEM commitments, manage schedules, risks and performance, and maintain strong customer relationships while aligning with company objectives.

You will lead cross-functional planning, monitor delivery metrics, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Programme, project and operational delivery knowledge.
• Experience in Manufacturing, engineering, defence, maritime or industrial service.
• Leading complex cross-functional programmes or operational delivery activities.
• Managing stakeholder relationships in customer-facing environments.
• Leadership and influencing within matrix organisations.
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the successful delivery of OEM commitments, ensuring performance against schedule, cost, quality and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution activities with resources, materials and engineering support.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, OEM partners and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery performance, risks and issues with reporting and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and quality requirements while supporting budgeting and forecasting.
