It requires responsibility for schedules, KPIs and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will develop robust production schedules using MRP data, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in planning and delivery across sites.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in production planning within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable plans.
• Expert knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and master data management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for forecasting and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UK Production Planning team and drive planning excellence.
• Develop and maintain robust production schedules using MRP outputs.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Engineering and other stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and drive on-time delivery.
• Analyse data to improve forecast accuracy and capacity planning.
