James Fisher is seeking an OEM Delivery Lead in Westhill, Aberdeen, on a hybrid basis with 3 days in the office. The role requires the ability to pass security clearance and right to work in the UK, leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver OEM commitments on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the successful delivery of OEM commitments, ensuring performance against schedule, cost, quality and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution activities, aligning resources and capabilities to meet delivery requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, OEM partners and internal stakeholders for alignment and outcomes.
• Monitor delivery performance, risks and issues, providing reporting and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and quality requirements while supporting budgeting and forecasting.
