Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in the UK is seeking an Omni Demand Generation Activation Manager - Vet to drive local market execution for Vet Omni and eCommerce. You will bring the Brand Experience Plan to life in-market, working with Trade partners to ensure activation success and aligned calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Development or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial experience in matrixed organizations.
• Proven critical thinking and advanced problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to create and implement plans for business growth.
• Strong understanding of the Consumer Journey Methodology.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Lead Vet Channel activation in-market and drive brand experiences to boost purchase and advocacy.
• Ensure 7P activation plans align to Brand Strategy and manage pricing and distribution opportunities.
• Execute the synchronized commercial calendar across brand activities and sales.
• Lead Shopper Marketing activation for Vet Omni & eCommerce and deploy POP assets.
• Apply actionable insights from competitive landscape to improve local execution and growth.
• Participate in monthly performance reviews and MoDi analytics to assess KPIs.
• Deliver 7P strategies and train sales teams on in-market programs.
