Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company in the United Kingdom seeks an Omni Demand Generation IBE & Media Manager for the West Europe Cluster. You will lead local media execution, content amplification, and first-party data strategies for pet-parent audiences, collaborating with Marketing, Digital Engagement, and Analytics teams.

You will align media plans with the Cluster BEP and commercial calendar while driving cross-functional optimization and using AI-enabled tools to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or Integrated Brand Experience (IBE).
• Demonstrated ability to create, execute, and track omnichannel media and communications plans.
• Familiarity with the Shopper Journey Methodology.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Lead cluster-level media strategy and execution, aligning with regional strategies and local market realities.
• Drive local content creation and amplification across social media, influencer networks, and CRM efforts.
• Act as CRM orchestrator mapping customer journeys and maintaining 1P data libraries.
• Develop and manage integrated communications plans bridging regional strategy with local execution.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Digital Engagement teams to optimize media investments.
