Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company in Surrey, England, is seeking an Associate Manager to drive digital programmes across web, CRM, education and professional social media. You will translate strategy into impactful content and journeys while working with Professional Veterinary Affairs to ensure scientific accuracy and professional relevance.

In this role you will manage CRM, analytics and omnichannel initiatives, optimise digital platforms, and report on engagement to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business or related field.
3-4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing roles.
Experience managing websites, CRM, digital educational applications.
Proven experience leading cross-functional digital projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Fluency in English (written and oral).

Responsibilities

Manage digital workstreams (web, CRM, education, social media).
Translate strategy into content and journeys with PVA to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Lead CRM, audience segmentation and engagement automation initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing and PVA to align science and branding.
Analyse engagement, track campaign effectiveness and report findings to management.
