Public Service Ombudsman is seeking an Organisation Development Partner in Manchester. The role sits in the People team to lead OD capability, reporting to the Assistant Director of People.

You will shape how we develop our organisation, our people and our culture while delivering workforce planning, design and engagement activities. You will collaborate with senior leaders to translate priorities into practical OD strategies, building career pathways, leadership capability and strong employee

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading organisation development, culture change and/or organisational effectiveness.
• Experience developing and delivering a strategic workforce plan with the ability to advise and influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information and story-tell to engage senior management.

Responsibilities

• Turn priorities into practical approaches to workforce planning, organisation design, engagement, culture and talent development.
• Analyze data and insight to identify where change is needed and what will make the biggest difference.
• Build strong relationships across the People team, leaders and change teams to support organisational change.
