Job summary

Red Snapper Recruitment Limited is recruiting for an OCGM & Police GENGA Coordinator to support Organised Crime Group Mapping and the GENGA partnership network in Blackburn. You will help tackle serious crime by coordinating cross‑agency activity and analysing sensitive information within a public‑sector setting.

The role involves working with police teams and partners across Lancashire, handling confidential data, and producing management information.

Qualifications

• Experience working with intelligence or organised crime information.
• Familiarity with legislation and policies relating to organised crime.
• Experience using police databases or intelligence systems.
• Ability to produce clear written information and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the OCGM process for the relevant BCU with accurate recording.
• Collate information from internal teams and external partners to map threats.
• Review OCG databases for consistency and risk assessment.
• Support 4P management reports and action plans.
• Organise multi‑agency GENGA meetings and briefings.
• Maintain relationships with partner agencies and enable information sharing.
• Coordinate the PAM IT platform to support 4P plans.
• Produce management information and written reports.
