Job summary

Red Snapper Recruitment is seeking a PNC & UNIFI Administrator to support a policing organisation in Gloucestershire. The role is predominantly remote, with initial Gloucester attendance for training and familiarisation.

You must have recent PNC and NICHE experience (within the last 12 months) and strong administrative skills. The contract is 12 months, with potential extensions, and the role involves handling sensitive information with integrity.

Qualifications

• Recent policing environment experience with PNC and NICHE.
• At least 2 years of administrative/clerical experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform data quality checks on Police National Computer (PNC).
• Verify information before entry or deletion from PNC to ensure accuracy.
• Use PNC functions (VODS, QUEST) with training provided.
• Support administration of the UNIFI IT system and be a point of contact for users.
• Maintain records of user IDs and access groups for IA systems.
• Stay updated on PNC guidance and advise staff across the Force.
