Job summary

Red Snapper Recruitment is recruiting for a PNC & UNIFI Administrator to support a policing organisation in Gloucestershire. The role focuses on PNC data quality, database administration and information management, with liaison to the DVLA.

It is predominantly remote, with initial training in Gloucester for the first few days. Candidates should have recent PNC and NICHE experience, plus strong administrative skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently while contributing to

Qualifications

• Recent PNC experience within the last 12 months.
• Recent NICHE experience within the last 12 months.
• At least 2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data quality on the Police National Computer (PNC).
• Verify information before entering or deleting from the PNC.
• Support UNIFI IT system administration and act as a user contact.
• Maintain records of user IDs and access groups for IA systems.
• Communicate changes to PNC guidance to staff across the Force.
• Coordinate with DVLA for enquiries and liaison with vehicle examiners.
