Qualifications

• Proven Ocean Import / freight forwarding experience.
• FCL & LCL knowledge.
• Customs / CDS experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments in a busy environment.
• CargoWise experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean import shipments from start to finish.
• Booking with shipping lines and overseas agents.
• Shipping documentation and customs/CDS.
• Customer, haulier and agent liaison.
• Shipment tracking and proactive customer updates.
• Costing, invoicing and resolving operational issues.
• Building strong customer relationships.
