Poundland & Dealz is hiring an Ocean Freight & Origin Co-ordinator - Clothing Lead to join our Central Supply Chain team in Watford. The role offers hybrid working with two days per week from home and a focus on safeguarding on-time shipments for clothing lines.

You will collaborate across Supply Chain, Merchandising and Sourcing to optimise FOB processes, track milestones, and drive cost efficiencies while ensuring accurate documentation and timely stock movement from origin to distribution

Qualifications

• Experience in Ocean Freight or Supply Chain coordination.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly reporting tracking FOB PO critical path and on-time shipping of newness/fashion products.
• Collaborate with Origin Teams, Poundland Supply Chain, Merchandising, Sourcing and Shipping teams to optimise ocean freight processes.
• Manage Origin Container Allocation, Utilisation and Shipment Handover; provide cost-saving initiatives and issue resolution with origin vendors.
