Zusammenfassung

Poundland & Dealz is looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to support the Clothing Merchandising team for the Pep&Co brand. The role is based in Watford with hybrid working, allowing up to two days per week from home, and involves analytical support and coordination from PO to arrival.

You will provide sales reports, help with trading decisions, ensure POs meet the clothing critical path, and participate in weekly meetings to optimise stock and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a retail Merchandising Admin/Allocations or Supply Chain role is desirable.
• Understanding of merchandising functions and how an MAA role impacts the wider business.
• Experience in Clothing Retail is preferred but not essential.
• Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide accurate sales reports and analysis to support merchandising decisions, including sizing, attributes and performance.
• Ensure all items and POs are raised accurately and on time according to the clothing critical path.
• Ensure purchase orders are ready to ship and align with critical path.
• Attend weekly allocation and trade meetings with the wider team.
• Review Never Out of Stock lines to maximise sales through correct stock levels.
• Collate accurate trade reports ahead of trade meetings and relay current trading performance.
• Build strong cross-department relationships with regular trade updates and sales performance feedback.
