Uniserve in Tilbury is seeking an Export Seafreight Operator to coordinate FCL ocean export shipments from origin to final destination. You will liaise with shipping lines, customs, and clients to schedule and track shipments, and prepare export documentation including Bills of Lading and packing lists.

You will monitor vessel schedules, notify clients of delivery dates, arrange inland transport, and handle billing and costing related to export shipments.

• Proven experience in FCL ocean export operations.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator across all levels of the business.
• Knowledge of FCL export processes and bill of lading requirements.

• Coordinate and manage FCL ocean export shipments from origin to final delivery destination.
• Liaise with shipping lines, customs and clients to schedule and track shipments.
• Prepare and review export documentation including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Customs Entry forms.
• Monitor vessel schedules, shipment arrivals, and notify clients of shipment status and expected delivery dates.
• Arrange inland transportation via carrier haulage.
• Handle billing and cost reconciliation related to export shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation in company systems.
