Job summary

Savills Safety+ Facilities Management seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to deliver hard and soft facilities management across a Central London portfolio. You will ensure statutory compliance, safety, and environmental standards while leading a small team and coordinating with occupiers and Savills stakeholders.

You will manage service levels, budgets, and risk, visiting sites regularly, and driving best practices in safety and property management.

Qualifications

• IOSH and/or NEBOSH certification
• Experience in preparing Service Charge budgets and managing expenditure across several sites
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and maintain risk assessments
• Oversee planned and preventive maintenance programme and site inspections
• Develop relationships with occupiers and manage service satisfaction
• Attend site in emergencies and coordinate incident response
• Review performance of service partners and ensure continuous improvement
• Support contingency planning and proactive site visits
• Lead line management of Building Managers and liaise with Management Surveyors
