Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
• Proven record as a practice educator and mentor.
• Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience delivering learning services and needs analysis.
• Knowledge of health and social care legislation and CPD.
• Ability to produce reports and analyse data.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional learning and development activities for staff.
• Support occupational therapy students, apprentices, newly qualified professionals.
• Identify learning needs and develop training solutions.
• Collaborate with partners to promote best practice and workforce development.
• Support research in practice and evidence-informed practice.
• Coordinate placement opportunities.
