Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is seeking an Assistant Team Manager - Occupational Therapy for the Front Door team. This full-time, hybrid role leads advanced OT practice, supports staff, and manages referrals with a focus on independence and person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree.
• Excellent communication, leadership and partnership-working skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Door Occupational Therapy duty, triage and allocation function, ensuring referrals are prioritised.
• Provide professional leadership, supervision and practice oversight to OT staff, including complex/high-risk cases.
• Manage a small complex caseload and support high-quality assessments and safeguarding enquiries.
• Collaborate with health colleagues, partner agencies and multidisciplinary teams for best resident outcomes.
• Drive service improvement, champion strengths-based practice and innovative approaches.
