Job summary

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its Regaining Independence Service Team in Littlehampton, West Sussex. You will conduct home assessments, set goals, and deliver reablement interventions to help adults regain independence in their own homes.

The role requires HCPC registration and a recognised OT qualification, with experience in community-based assessments. You will travel across West Sussex, work within a multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and current HCPC registration.

• Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills.

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client's Regaining Independence Service Team at Littlehampton.

This is an excellent opportunity to support adults in their own homes, helping them regain independence, achieve personal goals and improve their quality of life through short-term, person-centred reablement interventions.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Undertake comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments in customers' homes.
• Establish meaningful, person-centred goals to maximise independence.

Contract Details:

• Pay rate: £35-£37 per hour (Dependent on Experience.)
• Grade: 10
• Contract: October 2026 - March 2027
• Hours: 37 hours per week
• Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
• Working arrangement: Hybrid, with at least one office day per week
• Travel: Community visits across West Sussex
• DBS: Enhanced check required
