Job summary

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist for its RIS North West Team based in Horsham. This full-time agency role offers £35–£37 per hour with a hybrid working arrangement, available from October 2026 to March 2027.

The role involves completing comprehensive assessments, setting goals, delivering interventions to promote independence, and coordinating with health and social care teams, with a flexible, community-based caseload.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
• Experience in community OT or reablement is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Able to work across the community and manage a varied caseload.

Occupational Therapist – Regaining Independence Service

Horsham

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist for its client’s Regaining Independence Service (RIS) North West Team based in Horsham. This is a full-time agency role offering £35–£37 per hour. The position is available from October 2026 to March 2027 and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

• Complete comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments.
• Set meaningful and outcome-focused goals with customers.
• Deliver specialist Occupational Therapy interventions to promote independence.
• Monitor progress and adapt support plans according to individual needs.
• Manage a varied caseload within the community.
• Work collaboratively with reablement providers, health professionals, and social care teams to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have:

• A relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Strong assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in community Occupational Therapy or reablement services is desirable.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• An Enhanced DBS check.
• The ability to work flexibly across the community and manage a varied caseload.
• Competitive pay rate of £35–£37 per hour.
• Hybrid working with at least one day per week in the office.
