Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support the delivery of adult social care through timely initial assessments for a London Borough of Tower Hamlets client. You will work with service users in the community for up to six weeks on tailored rehabilitation programmes, supported by in-house Reablement Officers delivering care under your direction.

This role offers the opportunity to work with service users in the community for up to six weeks on tailored rehabilitation programmes, supported by in-houseReablement Officers (ROs)who deliver care under your direction. The goal:prevent, reduce, or delay long-term care needs.

What will your responsibilities be?

Qualifications & Experience:

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.

• Proven experience incase work and physical rehabilitationin a busy environment.
• London-based for urgent case management.
• Ability to work flexibly: Monday-Friday, some remote work, and office-based two days/week.
• Competitive hourly rate of £39.81.
