Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, strength-based interventions for adults in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. You will assess, plan, and implement major adaptations and equipment recommendations to support independence and safety in the community.

You will work within HCPC standards, maintain concise records, and collaborate with health and social care colleagues.

Competenze

• HCPC registration as OT.
• Experience with complex moving and handling.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work effectively in community settings.
• DBS and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Faster Pay and bonus schemes.

Mansioni

• Assess and plan OT interventions with a strength-based approach.
• Conduct complex moving and handling assessments and major adaptations.
• Advise on daily living challenges and community services.
• Implement risk reduction strategies with equipment/tech.
• Provide demonstrations and training on equipment use.
• Keep up to date with assistive tech developments.
• Supervise OT Assistants and Students when required.
