Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Adults, Health & Integration Service in a London Borough. The role focuses on managing a complex caseload, leading on Care Act assessments and delivering strengths-based interventions within a multidisciplinary team.

You will support junior staff, ensure accurate case recording, and apply HCPC standards in a busy social care environment with opportunities for development and partnership work.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
• Strong experience within Adults Social Care.
• Experience managing complex cases.
• Sound knowledge of Care Act 2014, Moving & Handling, Equipment and adaptations.
• Free DBS and compliance service.
• Twice weekly payroll and ‘Faster Pay’ service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload within Adult Social Care.
• Complete Care Act assessments and strengths-based interventions.
• Undertake functional assessments within the community.
• Provide recommendations for equipment, adaptations & moving/handling solutions.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT).
• Provide guidance/support to junior staff where required.
• Maintain accurate and compliant case recording.
