Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join the Independence & Access team in London. You will assess individuals, recommend equipment and adaptations, and support safe, independent living at home.

The role focuses on assessment, equipment, and adaptations within Adult Social Care, collaborating with housing, health, and social care partners across the borough.

Formación

• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC Registration is required.
• Experience within Adults Social Care.
• Knowledge of Care Act 2014, equipment and adaptations, Moving & Handling.
• Strong assessment and case management skills.
• Experience within a Local Authority OT service.
• Knowledge of DFG/adaptations pathway.
• Community-based OT experience.
• Free DBS and compliance service.
• Payroll features (Faster Pay) and bonus schemes.

This role sits within Adult Social Care, focusing onassessment, equipment, and adaptations, helping reduce reliance on long-term care and promoting independence.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Carry outstrengths-based Care Act assessments
• Provide recommendations forequipment and minor/major adaptations (DFG)
• Support individuals toremain independent at home
• Undertakefunctional and environmental assessments
• Work closely with housing, health, and social care partners
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation
• Contribute towaiting list reduction and service efficiency

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
