Job summary

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join the Maximising Independence Service (MIS) Community Reablement Team. The post offers a hybrid work pattern with a focus on enabling independence and wellbeing for adults of all ages.

The role requires an OT qualification, HCPC registration and CPD evidence, plus knowledge of the Care Act 2014. A driving licence is preferred to support community visits and care coordination.

As An Occupational Therapist, You Will

To Apply For This Role, You Will Need

• A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification.


• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).


• Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).


• Knowledge of community care services and relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014.


• Has a full driving licence and access to transport. Disabled employees who are unable to drive because of their disability will be able to use taxis to carry out their duties.
