Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is offering an Occupational Psychology Graduate Scheme across UK regional locations including Leeds, Bristol and Edinburgh. The programme is hybrid with two in-office days per week.

It provides two years of rotation, practical experience in occupational psychology and opportunities to pursue Chartered Psychologist status. You will work on data-driven projects in People & Places, guided by a supervisor and supported by a network of Occupational Psychologists.

Qualifications

• Be eligible for the Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership.
• Be currently studying towards or have completed a BPS-accredited Master’s in Occupational Psychology.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role.

Responsibilities

• Apply occupational psychology methods to real business problems using data and research.
• Assist in assessment and selection, performance and development projects.
• Contribute to frameworks and guidance to enable psychology to be used across the business.
• Analyse colleague data to explain patterns and influence decisions.
• Support the supervisor and participate in a community of Occupational Psychologists.
