Job summary

Lloyds Bank plc invites applications for its Occupational Psychology Graduate Scheme. The two-year programme offers three rotations across People & Places, using behavioural science to inform decisions that improve performance and wellbeing.

You will work with occupational psychologists to apply data, research and insight in real business settings, supporting decision making and development across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Be eligible for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC).
• Be currently studying towards or have completed a BPS-accredited Master’s in Occupational Psychology.
• We will assess these aspects through the application process.

Responsibilities

• Decode how collaboration, office design and colleague experience can drive engagement, productivity and wellbeing.
• Conduct applied research and lead projects to uncover what drives performance.
• Evaluate our people systems and frameworks to improve performance management and talent processes.
• Analyse colleague data to explain patterns and influence how the organisation functions.
• Create frameworks and guidance for using occupational psychology across the business.
• Design fair and effective assessments that improve potential, performance and development.
