Job summary

Cooper & Hall Limited invites applications for the Occupational Psychology Graduate Scheme. This two-year program offers three rotations, a salary of £42,000, and hybrid work across Bristol, Leeds and Edinburgh.

You will work with occupational psychologists to apply research and data-driven insights to business challenges, with a pathway to Stage 2 Chartered status and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be eligible for the Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership.
• Be currently studying towards or have completed a BPS-accredited Master’s in Occupational Psychology.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge, understanding and skills aligned to the role; assessed through the application process.
• We cannot sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data-driven decision making through research and insight.
• Assist in assessment and selection or performance and development projects.
• Help design frameworks and guidance for occupational psychology across the business.
• Analyze colleague data to explain patterns and influence organizational functioning.
• Support the team in improving engagement, productivity and wellbeing.
