Qualifications

• Eligible for the Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC)
• Currently studying towards or have completed a BPS-accredited Master’s in Occupational Psychology
• Ability to demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role
• We cannot sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Support the occupational psychology function with data-driven insight from assessments, research and practice
• Assist in applying psychology to business settings to improve performance and wellbeing
• Contribute to developing frameworks and guidance for using occupational psychology across the organisation
• Help evaluate people systems and leadership capability and talent processes
• Analyse colleague data to inform decisions and drive engagement and productivity
