Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within PAM Group for a proven Occupational Health Technician to cover Bristol, South Wales areas, with willingness to travel UK-wide. Join our team to continue delivering high-quality services to one of our high-profile clients. The role involves onsite, clinic-based work as part of a team of two Occupational Health Technicians. The wider OH team includes OH Advisers, OH Nurses, OH Physicians, Physiotherapists, Occupational Hygienists, and a Wellbeing Adviser.

Responsibilities

1. Employment screening
2. Safety Critical Medical Assessment
3. Driver Assessments
4. BMI and lifestyle assessment
5. Health Promotion
6. Drug and alcohol screening
7. Audiometric screening
8. Vision screening

About You

1. Experience in an Occupational Health Technician role or relevant experience
2. Effective communicator with strong listening and empathetic skills, able to influence and engage others
3. A full driving license, access to a vehicle, and flexibility to cover client sites

Occupational Health Screening Skills

1. Audio, Spiro, Skin, HAVS (Tier 1 and/or Tier 2)
2. Fit for work assessments including Safety Critical, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Chester Step, etc.
