Job summary

Latus Group is expanding its Occupational Health team and is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to support our clients nationwide. This full-time role offers remote work with peripatetic elements across the West Midlands, delivering high-quality workplace health services and case management.

You will conduct sickness absence assessments, provide fitness-for-work guidance, and produce reports for managers, while enjoying excellent benefits and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Occupational Health qualification, or significant Occupational Health experience.
• Competent in venipuncture, health surveillance and clinical assessment.
• Strong case management and fitness-for-work experience.
• Exceptional communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management referrals and sickness absence assessments.
• Providing balanced, practical fitness for work advice.
• Supporting employees with safe and sustainable returns to work.
• Advising on reasonable workplace adjustments.
• Producing high-quality reports that help managers make informed decisions.

We're expanding our Occupational Health team and are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to support our existing clients. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build trusted relationships while delivering impactful Occupational Health services.

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
• Occupational Health qualification, or significant Occupational Health experience
• Competent in venipuncture, health surveillance and clinical assessment
• Strong case management and fitness-for-work experience
• Exceptional communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels
