We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health (OH) Lead to join our Occupational Health and Wellbeing team.
Reporting to the Head of Occupational Health and Wellbeing, you will provide expert advice and guidance on health surveillance, and case management, as well as manage clinical procedures to ensure the highest standards of employee health and wellbeing.
Demonstrating our corporate values, you will lead a team of OH advisors and be accountable for their performance against KPIs, development and wellbeing.
The role can be based at any depot within our licence areas of East Midlands, West Midlands, South West or Wales. We offer hybrid working and travel within all of our licence areas will be needed to visit depots.
