Job description

Role Overview:

• Lead a team of Occupational Nurses and an in-house counsellor.
• Support a workforce of 10,000 across Derbyshire.
• Collaborate with Occupational Health physicians, counselling services, Health and Safety, and HR colleagues.
• Work with external customers, including Schools and District Councils.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team and work clinically.
• Deliver assessments, case management, workplace assessments, pre-employment screening, and health surveillance.
• Provide advice to colleagues and managers.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
• Based at County Hall, Matlock; report to Health and Safety Manager.
• Travel around the county; driving is essential.
