Job summary

Workplace Doctors is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to lead a small onsite OH team (OHN, OHA, Physio, OHT) in West Sussex. The role includes 60% case management and 40% wellbeing, with responsibilities to set up a new wellbeing programme and manage workload for an expanding client base.

Applicants should be an experienced OHA with an OH qualification, strong management skills, and a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• NMC Registration and GN qualification essential.
• Experienced OHA with management experience.
• Wide experience in sickness absence and wellbeing.
• Must have a UK driving licence and own car.
• Ability to set up a brand-new wellbeing programme.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DoH, H&S and other guidelines.
• Advise, monitor, and assess clinical practice of the OH team.
• Assess, plan, implement, deliver and evaluate programmes of care.
• Collaborate with divisional directors to meet company objectives.
• Identify training needs and develop staff development plans.
• Explore and develop OH business opportunities.
