Job summary

Leaders in Care is currently recruiting an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a busy OH team in a London clinic, with occasional travel to nearby client sites.

Role covers health surveillance, vaccinations, case management and GDPR-compliant records; requires NMC registration and 2+ years’ OH experience. You will engage in wellbeing initiatives and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health.
• Minimum 2 years’ Occupational Health experience.
• Competent in spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, and vaccinations.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Case management assessments and management referrals.
• Health surveillance: spirometry, audiometry, HAVS.
• Vaccinations in line with the Green Book.
• Drug and alcohol screening.
• DSE and workplace health assessments.
• Supporting wellbeing clinics and health promotion initiatives.
• Autonomous clinical decision-making and referrals.
• Managing vaccines, drugs, and medical stock safely.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and GDPR compliance.
• Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team and supporting junior staff.
• Participating in internal meetings and service improvement initiatives.
