Job summary

Optima Health is recruiting an Occupational Health Advisor to join our onsite team in Oxford, supporting a prestige automotive client. You will primarily handle case management referrals (about 5–6 per day) and assist with health surveillance as needed, working alongside OH professionals to deliver high-quality workplace health services on site.

Applicants must be a Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration and be confident managing their own workload in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum + onsite allowance £2.5k per annum

Hours: 3-5 days (3 days onsite minimum) per week between Monday- Friday

Role Summary

We're looking for a proactive and passionate Occupational Health Advisor to join our onsite team in Oxford, supporting a well-known prestige automotive client. The role will initially focus on case management referrals (approximately 5–6 cases per day), while also supporting with health surveillance where required. You will work as part of a wider onsite Occupational Health team alongside other OHAs, OHTs and the OH Manager.

This is a varied and evolving role, with future opportunities to support triage, health surveillance escalations, review technician work, work closely with physiotherapy services and continue involvement in absence management meetings. There is also a strong focus on becoming more visible across site and building a deeper understanding of the client's operational environment and wider business needs. A minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Oxford is required.
