Our client, a distinguished leader in delivering exceptional occupational health services, is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Health Advisor to become an integral part of their clinical team based at a single business site in Huddersfield, Yorkshire.

This position offers flexibility with options for full-time (hybrid) or part-time work (a minimum of 3 days on-site). As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing a comprehensive suite of high-quality occupational health services, dedicated to enhancing the health, safety, and overall well-being of employees.

Key Requirements:

1. Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a part of the NMC/NMBI register (SCPHN preferred).
2. At least 2 years of post-registration experience in a similar role or relevant transferable skills.
3. Expertise in essential clinical activities, such as immunizations, spirometry, ECGs, phlebotomy, and health surveillance.
4. Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
5. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling collaboration both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
6. Proficiency with IT systems, particularly experience with Cohort.
7. Demonstrated adaptability, confidence, and a genuine customer-focused approach.
8. A commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining current clinical knowledge.
9. The capability to make independent clinical decisions while contributing to workplace assessments and health promotion initiatives.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £52,000, along with an impressive array of benefits.
