Qualifications
Experience in process improvement, operations, or performance management.

Strong administrative and organisational skills, including accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities
Reduce void turnaround times and improve occupancy rates.
Design and implement improved void management processes.
Strengthen referral pipeline and placement efficiency.
Improve forecasting of vacancies and move-ons.
Work collaboratively across Admissions, Services, and Facilities.
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
Lead cross-department coordination and communication.
