Job summary

Mary Seacole Housing Association Ltd is seeking a Void & Utilisation Improvement Lead to enhance occupancy and reduce void losses across their supported accommodation. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to implement process improvements, and collaborative work across multiple teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in supported housing or similar fields, with a proactive attitude. The position is full-time with a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Luton and offers flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in process improvement, operations, or performance management.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, including accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Reduce void turnaround times and improve occupancy rates.
  • Design and implement improved void management processes.
  • Strengthen referral pipeline and placement efficiency.
  • Improve forecasting of vacancies and move-ons.
  • Work collaboratively across Admissions, Services, and Facilities.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Lead cross-department coordination and communication.
