Job summary

Ubique Systems UK Limited in London is seeking an experienced SRE to join the Group Platform Services & Engineering division. You will administer and support Production environments, and help inject reliability into products and services with a focus on monitoring, observability, and incident response.

You will work in a global team of ~20, collaborating with engineers across regions to improve scalability, availability, and performance of the platform that services the entire Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with Grafana or modern observability tools in an admin role.
• At least 2 years' experience with Linux OS and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with Python or Ansible.
• Production support experience: incidents, changes, releases, on-call.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Champion adoption of the observability platform across the group.
• Triaging alerts and addressing issues to maintain production stability.
• Manage production incidents and perform RCA.
• Coordinate change and release management for production.
• Collaborate in a global agile team and mentor others.
• Design and maintain scalable monitoring solutions.
