Job summary
La-Fosse-1 is seeking an Observability Engineer to lead the growth of our observability capability across infrastructure, platforms, networks and applications in Liverpool. You will design, implement and mature telemetry, dashboards and alerting to ensure critical services are measurable, visible and resilient.

Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of observability, monitoring and telemetry platforms.
- Experience with metrics, logs and distributed tracing.
- Experience creating dashboards, alerting and reporting; monitoring performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and improve enterprise observability capabilities.
- Manage and optimise monitoring, telemetry and alerting platforms.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for operational insight.
- Support incident and major incident processes with monitoring and analysis.
- Establish observability standards and best practices across teams.
- Drive improvement through trend analysis and service performance data.
- Support service transitions with embedded observability from day one.
- Act as SME for observability and monitoring technologies.
