Chanel is seeking a Business Process Lead for Order-to-Cash (O2C) to define, implement, and manage global O2C processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will own the end-to-end O2C design, ensure data integrity, and drive improvements across regions and divisions.

You will lead cross-functional workshops, mentor teams, and report KPIs to senior leadership, balancing global standardization with local market needs to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, APICS, PMP) celebrated.
• Minimum of 3 years in O2C, Finance Operations or Global Solution deployment roles, preferably with an ERP.

Responsabilités

• Design and optimize O2C workflows, configurations, and integrations in D365 to enhance process efficiency.
• Lead global ownership of customer setup, order management, billing, and collections across ECOM, Wholesale and Retail.
• Collaborate with Regions/Divisions to address local requirements and align solutions with the global core model.
• Drive continuous improvement using D365 analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Write, review, and maintain process documentation and SOPs; support regional deployment.
