Abbey Gate College in Saighton is seeking a friendly, nurturing Teaching Assistant to work within the classroom or on a 1:1 or small group basis outside the classroom. Reporting to the Head of Learning Enrichment, the successful candidate will support secondary-aged students with a calm, engaging demeanor.

The role is 14 hours per week across two days during term time, typically Monday and Tuesday (or Tuesday and Wednesday), from 8.30am to 4.00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience with young people of secondary school age.
• Calm, positive and engaging demeanor.
• Willing to learn and support students' emotional and educational needs.
