Cottingham CofE Primary School invites applications for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils within our caring Christian environment. The role runs 17.9 hours per week across 38 weeks, mornings 8:30am-12:05pm, Monday to Friday, supporting learning under the guidance of the class teacher.

We seek an enthusiastic, approachable and patient individual who can contribute to a positive, nurturing, and inclusive education. Commitment to safeguarding and school values is essential.

Qualifications

• Support learning for children of all abilities in the classroom.
• Work with the teacher to establish a supportive learning environment.
• Commit to safeguarding and child protection policies.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support pupils in the learning environment.
• Assist the teacher with pupil education and Quality First Teaching.
• Help pupils engage with learning and build confidence.
