Qualifications

• Experience with early years settings (Reception) and SEN support.
• Ability to provide one-to-one support and encourage independence.
• Patient, calm approach to managing young children.
• Comfort with personal care duties as required.
• Experience moving from nursery/early years into primary education.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support for a Reception child.
