Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a highly experienced Reception Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Glossop area. This role focuses on EYFS support in Reception and helping children develop through play and structured activities.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a Reception setting, a strong understanding of EYFS, and a Level 3 TA or Early Years qualification.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Reception classroom.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Ability to support learning through play and structured activities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Reception class teacher with day-to-day classroom running.
• Providing targeted support to children across EYFS.
• Helping children's learning, development and progress through engaging activities.
• Assisting with communication, social and emotional development.
