Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Nurturing, creative, and child-centred teaching approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with EYFS.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor, assess, and record children's progress and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met.
• Contribute to wider life of the setting and improvement initiatives.
