Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS.
• Experience working with pupils with SEND is desirable.
• Experience supporting social, emotional and behavioural needs is advantageous.
• Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.
• Enhanced DBS certificate with the Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and appropriately differentiated lessons as a Nurture Teacher.
• Create a safe, structured and supportive learning environment.
• Support pupils' social, emotional and academic development.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff and wider professionals.
