Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant early years education and childcare qualification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of early years frameworks and planning engaging activities.
• Strong communication with children, families and colleagues.
• Safeguarding, health and safety understanding and practice.
• Organisational skills to manage routines and documentation.
• Team player, able to adapt to changing needs.
• Basic IT for recording observations and digital records.
