Job summary

Overton Nursery & Pre-School Centre in Wirral is seeking an Early Years Practitioner Level 2 or Level 3 for full-time or part-time hours. You will join a friendly team and provide a safe, caring environment for children aged 0-5, working on EYFS‑aligned activities.

The role requires EYFS knowledge, a Level 2/3 qualification, and an Enhanced DBS. You will plan engaging activities, promote welfare and build positive relationships with children and families while supporting the Nursery Manager.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualified practitioner in Early Years.
• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• Enhanced DBS (subject to check).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5.
• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities aligned to EYFS.
• Promote child welfare, health and safeguarding.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
