London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Nursing Workforce Lead to support the Deputy Chief Nurse in developing and coordinating the Trust's approach to nursing workforce and safer staffing in line with regulatory requirements.

The post holder will contribute as an expert in workforce development, prepare nursing workforce reports, and lead productivity efforts focused on reducing reliance on temporary staffing while collaborating with HR and partners to share best

Qualifications

Experience in nursing leadership and workforce development within a NHS setting.
Ability to prepare workforce reports for internal and external submissions.
Strong collaboration with HR and clinical teams to deliver productivity and staffing targets.

Responsibilities

Lead nursing workforce development and safer staffing initiatives.
Prepare nursing workforce reports for internal/external submissions.
Monitor use of temporary staffing and drive reduction targets with HR colleagues.
Collaborate with Health Roster and partner networks to share best practices.
